「EVERYTHING! 1st the staff working was amazing- they had warm cookies and a hot cocoa bar in the lobby- and the staff were so friend and accommodating. The room was SUPERB! they even had a cute note left for me on the dining table in the room which i thought was such a personal touch! We stayed here and went to Bentleyville and they even had a FREE shuttle to take guests there- the shuttle was decked out in holiday lights and pillows and even had fun "gifts" for the kiddos! 「Really cozy rooms with ornate, historic details. Loved the light continental pastries and local coffee in the morning as well as the sauna late at night after a long day. Kirsten made us feel welcomed despite a double booking upgraded our stay and gave us a bottle of Prosecco to ring in the New Year with. Will definitely be back soon! 「Had a nice spacious one bedroom suite with the Lakeview. It was nicely decorated and clean. There was an issue with the touchpad entering the building. It took several minutes just to get in the building. Other than that, everything was good.」

We were here on December when there was a hockey tournament near by, that was the only issue. The boys running up and down the halls and banging on doors. Would request a lake view and not pool side next time. 」
