"The bathroom wasnt very clean. The tub and sink spouts were filthy as well as the racks that hold the soap, lotion, shampoo etc.. Having to pay for parking was misleading as well. Otherwise everything else was ok."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times and the property has always been very clean and lovely to stay in, the only issue is some of the staff. During check-in sunay and Tanya were absolutely horrible to work with they were very unwelcoming and unprofessional."

"The rooms were comfortable and basic amenities were provided which leads to a functional feel vs elegance. The staff was by far the best part of the stay. From the time I checked in until my departure I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The restaurant and bar Mica was spacious and comfortable. A very nice selection at the bar and the food menu was also a pleasant surprise. Blanca and Hana waited on us for a Saturday evening meal and drinks and they too were especially helpful, attentive and provided outstanding service that should be complimented! If you find yourself at that bar ask Blanca for an Emerald Gimlet (it's not on the menu) and you will be pleasantly surprised!"
