「The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. 「The hotel room is comparatively small in size, without a formal wardrobe. The shower room is without door, so we had to be very careful during showering, otherwise water would splash outside the shower room, even though there is trench drainage installed. Also, the wash basin is very small, unavoidably leading to the splashing of water on the floor. The above plus the slippery bathroom tiles made me slip on the floor. 「乾淨，床及枕頭舒服。有２瓶免費飲用水．有ＵＳＢ插座，方便客人义电，不用加adaptor.我们早上9:00到，獲early check in.門外有skybus去机場。在Queen street,食嘢及買嘢方便。附近有巴士站去市内各旅遊点。行去碼頭坐船約1５分鐘。浴室內花灑頭太大太重，一路冲涼－路掉下來，好不方便。」

「廚具有問題卻無告知旅客。 當發現房間廚具發生問題時，跟服務人員反應後，卻遲遲沒有後續通知及處理，還要旅客自行再去詢問。結果問題也還無法解決。 建議住宿旅客在入住時，先行檢查，避免發生類似事件。 」
