「Very nice and close enough, but not too close. The complaint is the cleaning, we stayed 5 nights, they would come in around 5 pm and make the bed and leave towels, but never swept, vacuumed or took out trash. There was a super large hairball in front of the elevators and it was there two days before someone moved it to next to the wall, but was still there on day 4. Breakfast tables never got washed down, just overall not real clean so surprising for Hyatt House (your my favorite)」
