「We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out....

「Limited parking space, staff is helpful and friendly, I can see lots of dog owners check in every time passing the reception. Limited resources provided inside the room which is understandable for this price range.」

「all staffs are very nice . Bedroom is big and their shower gel & shampoo smell relaxing.」

「Front desk lady was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Love this hotel is clean and quiet! 」

「check in staff very nice, friendly and fast. Room is clean n bright.」

「We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.」

「Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities.」

「環境很好, 可以帶寵物, 包早晨很好, 不單人床太細.」

「I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.」

「room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.」

「The hotel itslef is lovely and would stay again, very Scottish. The only issue we encountered is there is no airport shuttle as advertised on Expedia. It was also very difficult to reach a customer service line when calling to inquire.」

「Too close to the pub area, single glaze windows not good enough to block the noise from the pubs, very noisy at night 」
