「When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. So, before booking with this hotel, make sure to be prepared for the "surprises" such as...
