When we asked for a refund for the missing service, we were offered only a 10% future voucher, which is not very helpful and does not reflect the amount we paid for a stay that should have included basic services like running water. 「Cleaners didn’t bother cleaning properly and didn’t replace towels, slippers etc. bedding wasn’t change even though I asked them to. Breakfast was average and was the same everyday but staff were lovely and the location was great everything is on your doorstep I don’t think I will be staying here again 」
