「We had a very good 3 nights at this hotel. Room was spacious comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast and room service. Location of hotel was perfect for us as there are lots of restaurants and cafes with plenty shops within walking distance. Safe area and no one hassling you to buy things. Easy to get a taxi to museums and ancient city sites within Cairo. 」

「It was central to everything but if you don’t like the night life then it might be a little noisy for you because people eat late and party. The room had a great view and the breakfast up on the roof was gorgeous. Very basic breakfast but you can’t beat the view. 」

「Ich habe im Hotel New Star Zamalek übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top , sicher und mitten im schönen Stadtteil Zamalek. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings könnte der Service an manchen Stellen etwas professioneller und schneller sein. Preis-Leistung ist okay, aber man sollte keinen Luxus...

「I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. 」

「Overlooking Nile River, Zamalek is located at a very convenient location to any tourist attractions in Cairo. Although a hostel, I got my own room that is not only spacious, but also very clean. Kareem and his staff are very friendly and helpful in providing any service and advices at any time. I see many "Thank you" notes in different languages on the wall. You will like this hostel.」
