"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "

"servIce across theboar. The food, was excellent, rooms were cleanemployees were courteous turoughou my stay. I wished l could stay longer. The shift manager was knowledgeable and friendly. This is now my tourist destination next time. Keep the it up!"
