"I love this hotel. It’s perfect. This is my fourth time staying here and it’s spoiled me for other places. The staff are, without exception, the best I’ve ever come across. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel so special. I love it here!"

"Checked in - poky little lobby. Got taken to our rooms. The smell of mustiness when the door opened was overwhelming. Room is poky and claustrophobic. Carpets and fixtures really badly maintained. Ripped carpets. Sticky floors. Tried to upgrade to suites. Slightly larger but all the same issues. Left swiftly and went to the Four Seasons a couple of minutes away. Less than an hour spent at Kempinski. Avoid unless you’re content with paying five star prices for a three star experience."

"The hotel is an oasis in the hectic, congested downtown Cairo. It is extremely difficult to walk anywhere. The room on the 25th floor was very modern, clean, and a spectacular view. This is a busy hotel. The lobby is buzzing. When we arrived the staff was amazing. No waiting. Salma was particularly helpful. Very kind and professional. A true gem. Ombeya also ensured our check out was smooth and helped us store our luggage. Would definitely recommend. Not sure why ratings were lower. Ignore them."

"I stayed here on my vacation in Egypt Really nice hotel it was above and beyond my expectations in downtown Cairo Staff was really helpful and very helpful specially mustafa and Justine they took very good care of my reservation I would definitely go back when im back in Egypt next time Also the area is very live specially at night with lots of restaurants around and really good cafe Breakfast was amazing specially the fetermeahaltit amazing"
