"The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a breakfast with waffles for the hot food. The hotel is but dated, but very clean and does allow pets at a reasonable fee ($15 ) for one dog. Will stay here again when in the area this Fall."

"It was run down, you could hear people walking all night above us. Kept us awake most of the night. Didn’t feel clean at all bath tub wouldn’t drain and it cost 158.00 for one night. "

"Each room has a designated numbered parking spot, which was nice. Our 2nd floor room was accessed via a staircase - no elevators, which could be an issue for some. The indoor and outdoor pools looked very nice, but we didn't use them. We found the room to be clean - but the beds were extremely soft and not to our taste at all. We loved the breakfast in the Breakfast Cottage! A wide variety of foods and everything was tasty. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Gettysburg."

"Sink took 30 minutes to drain, no oilers by bed, closest one was by the window and it didn’t work luckily I carry an extension cord so I could use my cpap machine"

"The lady serving food was very kind and helpful, loved the history vibe. I did expect to stay in the main hotel but was put in the building out back . It was fine though."
