「There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. 「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. 「HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here, amazing location, the staff (Luciana and the maintenance staff are rockstars) is great and made really good recommendations, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, and there’s a nice selection of wines in the minibar.
