「This was located in a great spot. It’s close to cafes, shops and great places to eat. It’s only about a 20 minute walk to the heart of the city and most look out points and major attractions. The hotel was spacious and exactly as advertised. The breakfast was so lovely and highly recommended for one morning. I would visit here again! 」

「There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. The location is excellent, close to the bus station, the main square and backs right on to the Time Out Market. Most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 「Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location...

「We LOVED our stay at the Bica FLH Suites! The staff were very friendly, and they allowed us to check in early when we arrived sooner than expected. They also packed us a breakfast when we had to leave early to catch a flight. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for more nights with them! Can't recommend this beautiful place enough.」

「Everything was great. There are many stairs to the room, but staff carried our bags up 5 flights (and down at the end of our stay) so the stairs didn’t bother us. The room was bigger than I’d expected, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. Location was also excellent with easy walking access to everything and transit nearby. I would stay here again anytime. There was a bowl of apples in the lobby too, which made a great snack to grab on the way out the door.」
