Everything was included in our room fee - spa access, room mini bar, even the extensive snd delicious breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and worry free, down to the smallest details. Special thanks to Joanna, who was kind, understanding and extremely helpful with a passport issue we were having. In Lisbon we would never think of staying anywhere else. "
