「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. 「First time visitors to Lisbon, we wanted a comfortable hotel within convenient walking distance of the city centre and attractions and we were not disappointed. We stayed in Jacuzzi Room 2 which had, as the name suggests, a jacuzzi on the balcony and wonderful views of the city and castle. The room was clean and equipped with a small kitchenette, was spotlessly clean and with very effective double glazing given the bar on the terrace below. We slept very well given the extremely comfortable bed....
