「Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. 「Great location, with a ton of places to eat. Place was very clean and the staff was very nice. It is a relatively calmer part of Lisbon than the Baixa/Chiado area. Inside the apartment you could hear the pipes a bit sometimes but it wasn't too loud and didn’t disturb our 3 year old. Since this place is across the parliament there is police presence and Uber/bolt drivers are nervous to stop in-front of the place for too long. Highly recommend and would stay again.」

「There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably.
