「There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably.
