「Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and room temperature was easily adjusted to our liking. The staff helped in giving directions for a nearby restaurant. In the morning when I wanted water at breakfast bottled water was retrieved for me from the front desk and brought to my table.」

「Beautiful decor, rooms were very clean and inviting, pool was a bit dirty, but those are hard to keep clean, parking was good, breakfast was okay, staff was amazing!!」

「I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.」

「The properties for sale so nothing’s getting fixed. Management is waiting to decide whether or not they get to keep their job. I guess room didn’t have a phone in it and the TV didn’t work. Not good.」

「Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.」

「When we first checked in, the staff was great, but when we had to extend our stay, they seemed to catch a attitude. I'm willing to give them another chance , because maybe the just had a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.」
