「Everything is good good clean」

「This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is some construction going on inside to improve rooms off the entrance, but it's not close to the rooms. We never heard a peep from anyone else. Very nice stay.」

「Room was not clean or maintained well. Everything plugged into extension cord. Phone did not work and stuck to my ear. Door handle to bathroom came off in my hand when I pulled it shut.」

「I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.」

「Nice clean hotel. Good staff. Good value/price. Walls are a little thin so you can hear doors close and conversations in the hall at night when sleeping. Sausage biscuits and gravy every morning so the breakfast was ok but a little more variety would be nice. Sidewalk out front to nearby restaurants would help.」

「I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger.」

「When we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. We worried about noise because the hotel was completely booked, but we all slept great! Breakfast was hot and delicious. We would definitely stay again.」

「The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!」
