「I was honestly disappointed. There were stains on the carpet in the room. It was very obvious. That was an immediate turn off. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There was no milk, no gravy, out of orange juice, another juice was labeled out of service. The taste and quality of the available offerings was not good.」

「This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is some construction going on inside to improve rooms off the entrance, but it's not close to the rooms. We never heard a peep from anyone else. Very nice stay.」

「I liked the customer service and the room was clean. My only concern and complaint was the mattress was obviously old and smelled like smoke and dog. I actually didn’t sleep well due to the smell. Also there was no small refrigerator in my room, which would have been helpful. Other than the disgusting mattress it was a decent property. Most likely won’t go again though.」

「The room was fine, but a couple issues I had was no one at the front desk seemed to answer the phone when I called with questions. And the fact that the same type of room I checked into was being offered for $100 less then what I payed when I reserved it just 2 days prior was really frustrating. And so I dont see the point in reserving a room here if its gonna be available far cheaper when you actually get to the location」

「Everything was top notch except for one thing. Refrigerator did not work. Called front desk… was offered another room but we had already unpacked everything and not in the mood to repack and move. Was told they would get a placement. 24 hours later, no replacement. Called and told they would get it done. Next day, no replacement. :-(」

「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」
