「I did not have daily check-ups by housekeeping to see if I needed anything. There is no restaurant in the hotel. One of the slats on the blinds had been broken by a dog that apparently someone before me had had in the room. The front pool was closed. The room itself was fine and everything in the room worked well.」

「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」
