「No complaints at all.」

「Our go-to place in Norman Whenever we travel to Norman we like to stay at this hotel. They are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Everything is well-maintained and functional. The breakfast area is spotless and the food is fresh (with real eggs). And the location is convenient.」

「Good 」

「Clean room, right across the street from a music venue.」

「We checked in quite late for our one night stay. My first set of room keys didn't work but reception quickly sorted it out. Several luggage carts available to move cases etc from the car to our room. Lovely big king-size room with sofa. Lots of space. Big luggage rack. Very comfy king size bed, fridge, modern bathroom, soft towels. Lots of variety at breakfast. They were quick to restock supplies. The whole hotel felt very new and smart. We would stay here again.」

「The room was good but the pool which we looked forward to using was suddenly in need of being refurbished the day after we arrived and bc I booked through a travel service I was not afforded any accommodation or remediation」

「Over all a nice place to stay the only problem was there wasn’t enough hot water. Had hot water for the first night but the had to take cold showers for the other two days.」
