「When we arrived we were notified of a room change with 1 less bed. Ultimately the gentleman at the counter corrected the issue but it took some time. Breakfast was not as good as we're used to.」

「The pictures were very misleading, the beds were much smaller than anticipated. Our first room had not been properly cleaned and we saw two cockroaches in it but the staff was very kind in moving us to a second room. The new room was clean but we had to use all our strength to get the door open or shut because it would stick so badly. There was no wifi even though the website said that wifi would be provided. Most of the wall sockets were very loose and would not hold our chargers.」
