The stay was really underwhelming and disappointing. The amenities are nice, but the hotel has been set up for anyone to be able to enjoy the amenities, not just hotel guests. The room was damp, including above and below the comforter. The room smelled like it has a history of being damp, a little mildewy/moldy. There was no fitted sheet on either bed, so someone who moves a lot in their sleep like me, ended up sleeping on just a mattress, which is unpleasant. There needs to be more options for hand soap at the sink. My wife is breastfeeding and Clary Sage is not supposed to be used during breastfeeding, and literally everything had it in it. The street is loud on the Paycom Center side of the hotel. The valet service was nice for sure. I expected a lot more for almost $400 a night.
