「They let me check in before 3pm and when my flight was cancelled, the person at the front desk was so nice, professional, and helpful. She extended my stay for a day even though I went through Expedia, she gave me the same price. And the hotel was quiet.」

「The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!」

「The room I was in, on the 1st floor, the room darkening curtains would not close. Called the front desk and was told to pull them closed. Still didn’t close. Luckily I had an item of clothing I could use to cover up. It was ridiculous they couldn’t find anything else to fix it. And the lights on the desk didn’t work either. I didn’t even report that.」

「Bathroom was not clean. Hair and soap skin on wall. Front of there fridge was dirty. And had baby roaches. We left early.」

「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」

「Great place to stay in bricktown. It has an upscale feel and you have starbucks down in the lobby to keep the wife happy.」

「We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10」

「What an amazing property. Love how they have renovated this beautiful old bank and kept so much character. The king suite was so spacious and comfortable and the Tellers restaurant and the Vault were both fabulous for food and drinks. Very convenient property for visiting downtown and the museums. Highly recommend!」
