「Stayed one night at at airport arrival. It was really close to the airport which was a great plus. Check in staff was super friendly. Restaurant was closed already but they offered late night pizzas, the pizza was really good haha. Room was spacious, big bathroom, they left a handwritten welcome note which was a really nice touch. Bathroom was good and clean. THE BED was awesome what a nice night sleep. Complete english breakfast, sausages, hash, beans, eggs, coffee, the full run. Def worth it...

「Within the walking distance to the airport terminal 2, I feel relieved to be check-in to the morning flight the next day. Though it is a tiny room for one person, I could refresh myself from the tireness with a comfortable bed and some space for exercise.」

「The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. The Crosby beach is only a 10 minute walk and the main street of Waterloo is just 5 minutes away with bars and restaurants a plenty. The Royal Hotel is a lovely place to stay with a restaurant on site. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have enough space. You have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fan to cool you down on hot days as there is no aircon. Rooms are set on 2 floors but there is no lift...

「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). 「Nice good size room. Comfortable bed. The duvet was too hot in the summer. Good cleaning service, even left the cleaning cloth in the room. Still using small shampoo bottles, not eco friendly. Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. £ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in.」
