「We really enjoyed staying at Saint George’s Palace. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great swimming pool and spa area. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Great to have shuttle bus to gondola. 」

「We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

「It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

「We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food.
