有改善空間

酒店有分開很多座，但所有check in/out都在B座。我們找了好一陣子才找到，如有加指示牌說明check in/out的地方會更好。另外check in時間一定要12點才開始，不能夠先放行李。是次入住tatami 的房間，非常大！亦有廚具及餐具可以煮食。露台望向滑雪場，景色好。但浴室沒有浴簾，沖涼後整個浴室廁所都濕透了。

酒店環境很好，地庫商場店舖完善，可直接通往滑雪場入口，很方便！房間大，都整潔。唯一美中不足是，床褥太軟，而tatami又太薄！整體都滿意

行前與住前糟糕的體驗&住後的舒適感

因為這間飯店太大了~也沒有確切MAIL告知我們應該要到哪裡Check in，拖著大行李跑了兩個大Lobby，結果發現預定的房間在半山腰需要開車上去的獨棟小木屋，由於日內瓦條例持有台灣護照的人禁止在韓國租借車輛開車，那當天已經五六點了飯店也無法接送我們上山，只好給我們在F棟找了一間家庭房給我們，比較便宜但是沒有附早餐，也無法退費~更加上之前我發過很多次MAIL詢問要如何到該飯店，飯店都不怎麼回應我，或是隔好幾天才回應我，一直到我們要退房前一天才在滑雪場的服務台問到有比較早回首爾的車次，這次覺得有點糟糕，還好房間夠舒適夠大，而且非常漂亮的VIEW

Tower A比較新但地熱太熱要打開窗降溫， Tower D舊少少，但溫度適中，如果喜歡玩雪/滑雪，住2晚，就能完全滿足曬。晚上不滑雪，小朋友可在酒店地庫B1層玩，很充實。由明洞入來滑雪場1.5小時，連排隊上車，差不多2小時。

就在巴士总站的对面，非常方便！唯一遗憾的是，hotel的标示很不清楚，大楼外墙上的logo写的是Soon moon,走了一大圈才看见进门处的玻璃门上写着park hotel 希望能改进
