「雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險」

「This is a fantastic location, in a quiet, private square near Piazza Popolo. The apartment itself was large and spacious, very well decorated and comfortable. Not cheap but, in my view, offered so much more than 2 hotel rooms. Easy walk to Spanish steps and shopping area. Plenty of choice with nearby restaurants and bars. Staff were there to assist throughout the day if needed. 」

There are only a handful of rooms so when it came time to pay the city tax (they want it in cash), we had to chase the owner down which means they certainly weren't leaning on us for payment.
