Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. "We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse,...

"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."
