"The room was so much cleaner than the 2 previous hotels on our Upstate trip. In trying to charge my phone, I couldn't find any usb-c ports, but I did find a usb-a one on the clock. That's when I determined the clock was quite dirty. I guess that was the main reason to drop to a 4. The airport shuttle was convenient as was walkable dining choices."

"My only negative is 1) the breakfast. No coffee juice machine broken, yogurt machine is broken. 2) the woman at front desk wasn't helpful. After checking in I asked for an extra blanket. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience."
