"Check in was the fastest, but not the friendliest. Breakfast staff openly complained about being thankful “it was over” and couldn’t wait to “get out of there”. Room was comfy, and clean as this level of hospitality can be for the price point. Would return, but only for business stays alone."

"The staff at Randolph was amazing. My husband had a medical emergency and we needed a place to stay after his discharge. Front desk went above and beyond to get us in a room when we were having credit card issues. They were genuinely concerned about his health and thankful for his service in the military. Large comfortable bed with a nice quiet night!"

"The Motel Looked run down from the outside... the area was fine up until I saw the state of the motel. Which sort of looked like it was being renovated but then stopped abruptly with no plan of restarting. I did not feel safe for myself or my car. shower and bathroom for that matter were small. Had a weird kitchenette with a sink and a microwave that I would never trust. Linens had stains on them in certain areas. Parking lot had trash bags sitting in the middle, towels in the parking lot that looked like they had been there since the start of the winter. Came out the next day and found a crack pipe next to my car (unsure if that was there before or not) I will not be staying at this place again, unless there is some major upgrades to cleaning and the rooms themselves. "
