「This hotel needs to be demolished immediately . We had two rooms , one had NO hot water. They had to use our room to shower in Luke warm water. Cigarette burns all over bathroom and pillows. Place smelled terrible. No breakfast besides gold fish and muffins. 」

「Had a great time at this resort. The pools were very nice, as were the hot tubs and saunas. We didn't have time to explore much as we were only there for one night, but we made full use of the amenities during that time. Would definitely stay again.」

The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

The first room we were assigned was unbearable—the odor was overwhelming, and there was visible mold on the ceiling. We requested another room, and while the second room was slightly better, it seemed like a large amount of air freshener or cleaning product had been used to mask the mildew smell rather than address the underlying issue. 「Check-in is at the exact time given. The assistant had to call the manager to tell us just that. When we came back at 3 PM, the assistant was about to leave in the golf cart. Nice lady, but doesn't have enough guidance for what I see. Quiet location, clean. Assigned parking.」
