「Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.」

「We paid $300/night for two bedroom/2 bath unit. Unfortunately, the shower lever from the tub didn’t work and we did not have time to call maintenance to fix. But given our ages (all over 60), the manager should have known and not put us in that unit. Place was clean but decor a bit dated. Waste of money.」

「Nice hotel surrounded by numerous food options. Close to colonial town and great for a stop off.」

「Overall great experience」

「I booked 4 nights here thru Expedia. I stayed 2 nights, and both mornings I woke up with the worst back pain from the bed in my room. I checked out after two nights and requested a refund for the unused two nights. Hotel wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because I booked thru Expedia. Expedia wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because the hotel wouldn’t approve a waiver. I was not offered a different room or any other possible solution. I left this hotel and made alternate...

「Nice campground. It is close to all the attractions in the area.」

「The hotel was in terrible shape and disarray. There were staff’s family members hanging out all over. Our key card had to be redone 3 times while we were there for 4 nights. We did not have a house keeper once while we were there. No cleaning at all. Our toilet seat was loose and the toilet was not connected at the floor so the toilet rocked every time you sat down. The walls were so thin you could hear every move they made next door and in the hall. Their pool area was colder than it was...

「The staff was very rude.! 」

「The rooms need immediate attention to repair the paint, plumbing and other problems with the door locks.」

「With a daughter attending William & Mary, we have a lot of opportunity to travel to Williamsburg, so for our last visit we decided to stay at the Rochambeau, having heard very good things about this retro-styled motel. We were glad that we did! The property is immaculate, in fact I don't remember every including the phrase "immaculate parking lot" in a review. Ever. But that's the case here. From the driveway to the parking lot to the grounds, everything was, well, "immaculate." That certainly...

「My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 4 overlooking the marina. We also enjoyed eating in the restaurant that evening. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the quiet peaceful evening. The meal was excellent and the view of the water made it nice. Our food came out hot and delicious. My only comment would be that the hushpuppies were either undercooked, too dry and not really edible. We asked the waitress about them, and she said...

「Clean, quiet, very large and comfortable space.」
