「Very decent for the price. The room was clean and neat, but I'm not happy with the breakfast service. The staff is friendly and kind.」

「Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.」

「We love this hotel especially the swimming pool and the hot tub for the kids. My only complaint is the key system for the hotel room doors. It's a very old system and getting the key next to anything the slightest bit magnetic cancels it out. We spend lots of time going to the front desk to get it reactivated. Please update your key system!! Otherwise we love the château!」

「Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again.」

「My room 124 looked like someone was trying to remodel but failed miserably. The light cover in the bathroom was broken and there was a sponge sitting on top of it. The toilet was inches from the wall and the seat was very loose. Also it looked like someone had capped off an old toilet between the tub and the toilet above ground. There were black spots on the mattress protector when I checked for bed bugs. My husband refused to sleep under the covers! Had everything in the area not been sold out...

「不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were fantastic. The bar restaurant right across the parking lot Disthil had fantastic food great prices and their staff was also fantastic if I’m ever back in the Bloomington Illinois area I will definitely stay here again.」

「Nice location, plenty of space in the Loft room, and appreciate being pet friendly. The towels need an upgrade as does some of the interior. Breakfast is convenient and daily drink at the Bar is nice.」
