「Dear Carlton Cannes Team, I booked a room for my wife's birthday surprise. We were welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors of the hotel, from reception to the room service. Everything was done with great thought and we felt really well looked after. We would like to say a big thank for making this special occasion extra special, ballon in the room, cake and welcome drinks- The hospitality and care deserves appreciation. We will be back soon!!」
