This is a legendary, lush hotel! Absolutely magical! The aesthetics are hard to beat, and the beauty on display everywhere just lifts your soul. The room was supremely comfortable, and housekeeping do their best to make sure you have everything you could think of - and then some. The restaurant and the bar also deliver on the promise of excellence, and the beach facilities are probably the best in Cannes.

What a great choice to spend my birthday! After coming from Paris, from another great hotel, I have to say that the Carlton in Cannes is a marvel!! Their staff is what we loved the most, they are all fantastic!! From their bellmen to their managers, all attentive, friendly, professional and charming. Everything I'd hoped for & more

We couldn't have wished for anything to be better, the staff were beyond helpful, the room was perfect not to mention THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. If you are considering a trip to Cannes don't ponder about paying the premium for this hotel, just book it, you will NOT be disappointed.

Second time stayed at property but our first since it’s complete renovation in 2023. Property is beautiful (recommend a sea view room for the full experience). This is an absolutely amazing hotel - the newly reopened Carlton is back to its iconic best. The staff and service are outstanding from arrival to departure, the hotel oozes decadence and luxury. There’s a new garden courtyard with an amazing pool. This is a 5 star luxury hotel at its finest. A stay is a must when visiting Cannes!!!

We had the most wonderful experience at the Hotel Carlton. The entire staff was so thoughtful and tentative. From Alessio welcoming us to the Riviera restaurant each morning for breakfast and Yanick giving us superb recommendations at Bar 58. We were so sad to leave today - but look forward to returning very soon!!!

Carlton is back. Even better than before!

Carlton is back. It is splendid. They have been wise and kept some of the old staff as well which is a joy when coming back after the renovation. The Riviera restaurant and its staff is now really good again. Kudos to the sommeliers. A jewel!

Fantastic - 5 Stars at its best

The famous Carlton, post refurbishment does not disappoint! It still is as classy and sophisticated as ever. Every detail is thought considered and nothing is too much trouble. I will be back!

Super friendly staff. Very understanding managers and very accommodating. Classy and elegant hotel. Great food! Clean and modern renovated facility. All lobby attendants were very friendly. I should add that the Carlton Beach Club staff were super friendly. This IS where to stay in Cannes if you are looking for a solid 5 star stay. My wife and I (celebrated our wedding anniversary) were treated as VIPs. Thank you to directors Christian Andriananjaina and Cathy Boillot for being on top of things. Overall the hotel presents well. We stayed here for 5 days while vacationing in the area. We had a couple of issues with room service and front desk. In general when someone’s says they are going to do something or promise a service they should come through. The bartenders in the Bar 58 were not very attentive and even told us that when we ordered 2 appetizers with our 2 cocktails that there might not be enough room there to serve….?? We ordered what they called chicken wings (breaded chicken fingers) and fried shrimp and there was ample room and no issues. The food was disappointing nothing special for $170 US dollars. We did not go back there. Hotel is clean, beautiful and great location. Be aware if you have an ocean view room in the front of the hotel as we did the noise from the beach clubs is very loud into the middle of the night. The room was lovely, excellent bed and sheets! Perfect location, we walked to everything. The beach club seating was stacked practically on top of each other so we skipped that…no value there lol. We would stay here again but a little disappointed in staff when you are a 5 star hotel and paying premium price.
