「Perfect & easy location to explore Cannes and the area. Well appointed apartment and very welcoming and helpful team. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Travelled with 3 teens who were able to enjoy some independence easily from this location and who loved the closeness of shops. 」

「Advertised as hotel but is actually on one floor of an old apartment building. Bathroom plumbing caused toxic septic smell throughout entire stay.」

「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

「Nice washer and dryer in the room. The staff people are nice and it’s great location. Half block from beach and walking distance from the train station.」

「The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. 」
