「this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside」

「服务不错，交通便利，离4号电车站很近，到市中心只需十分钟。中午的商务套餐性价比高、份量足、含饭后coffee 但不含酒水饮料，也不强制给力小费。晚餐菜式选择不多。洗手间设施总体不错但沐浴质量一般。楼下bar 一直有小甜品卖。」

「Hallo, die Lage ist top, wenn man nach Freiburg Zentrum möchte. Haltestelle ist vor der Tür. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, das Personal super nett. Das Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Rundum zu empfehlen.」

「Tom was great! He met us at the place and gave us a tour. He gave some good recommendations for restaurants and such. The room is super cool inside with the curved brick ceiling. The location is an easy 5-minute walk from the train station. However, it is quiet there. 」

「Zimmer sauber und funktional für einen Städtetrip. Beim Frühstück stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Es gibt eine große Auswahl, aber manchmal ist weniger mehr. Rührei und Kaiserschmarren sind nicht mal lauwarm. Dir Rosinen zum toppen von Müsli sind eingetrocknet. Gurken und Tomaten waren nicht appetitlich. Der Saft ist stark verdünnt. Sehr schade….. Hier kann einiges verbessert werden.」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....
