「this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside」

「We stayed for only one night, while we were passing through to Munich. It was very walkable and the rooms were lovely. I had a lovely brunch at Cafe Chloe and a quick walk over to the outdoor market. 」

「The staff were so kind and very helpful. We did not partake in the breakfast, looked good though. They were kind enough to bring a hot water kettle to my room so I could make my tea. An extra they had was a bowl of fresh fruit near the elevator and some individual wrapped candies you could take with you. Beautiful hotel, quiet and centrally located you can walk into town. A wonderful grocery/deli just across the street and a Woolworths next door to purchase anything you may have forgotten or...

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. 「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....

「Stadtbesuch mit Weihnachtsmarkt. Food und Glühwein gut, leider hatte der Weihnachtsmarkt am Abend des 27.12.2024 nicht offen und beim Münster fehlten meines Erachtens auch die Weihnachtsstände. Schade!!」
