「Hier arbeiten Menschen die ihren Job lieben! Wir waren an 2 Abenden mit Kunden zum Essen, nicht nur das Essen war exzellent, vor allem die Mitarbeiter die sich um uns gekümmert haben, waren sehr freundlich und unglaublich aufmerksam. Alles war 🔝 Wir können uns nur bedanken 🙏 Danke 」

「Hotel was good. At good location, room conditions are fine. Breakfast is extremely expensive but limited choices of food. 」

「服务不错，交通便利，离4号电车站很近，到市中心只需十分钟。中午的商务套餐性价比高、份量足、含饭后coffee 但不含酒水饮料，也不强制给力小费。晚餐菜式选择不多。洗手间设施总体不错但沐浴质量一般。楼下bar 一直有小甜品卖。」

「신축 건물이라 편리하고 조용하고 루프탑에서 보는 도시뷰가 최고였습니다. 아이들과 함께 가족여행에 딱 좋은 숙소였습니다. 다만 샤워할때 물이 욕질 문앞까지 튀어서 물바다가 되는 불편함이 아쉬운 점이랄까? 그외에는 모두 만족합니다.」

「Estuvimos muy cómodas porque el área de estar y sobre todo el baño son amplios. Muy cerca de estación central de trenes y la parada de cable bus solo cruzando la calle.」

「Das Hostel befindet sich mitten in der Stadt. Das Ambiente lädt dazu ein sich in der Lounge in der netten Einrichtung zu entspannen. Auch der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke.」

「this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

The atmosphere of the room was very romantic, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, Staffs of the hotel are very freindly,helpful and good service.」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....

「10 minutes walking from train station and city center. Quiet area. Commercial buildings around but no restaurant nearby. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room with air conditioner and elevator. Ice machine at lobby.」
