「Having stayed here in the past we were familiar with this beautiful property, its picturesque location and range of amenities so we chose to stay here again. Unfortunately there was no hot water when we tried to shower before bed and due to the location of the geyser (in the upstairs unit) it couldn’t be sorted until the morning. 「The property is simply stunning. It’s so charming and the staff are wonderful. It’s a 20 min walk from the Main Street in Franschoek or a few pounds in an Uber. Don’t use the recommended car service from the hotel as it was 3 x more expensive than an Uber. Out toom eas lovely with a small kitchen are and separate dressing room and bathroom with both a huge bath and a separate shower. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the views even better! 」
