「Great place and near the airport.」

「饮食差些」

「Una hermosa propiedad y hermoso bowngalow en medio de las montañas de Heredia. Especial para desconectarse y descansar. La comida que ofrecen en el restaurante deliciosa.」

「The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in. Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour. Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food.」

「The staff were so hospitable and nice! The breakfast that was included was ok. The beds were hard, which some of my family had a hard time sleeping. But overall the property is so beautiful and clean! If you have a 1 night stay, this place is perfect!」

「Spa excellent」

「Exceptional」

「Horrible place !!! Don’t recommend anybody to come here . It is false advertised had to leave the very first day I got there and book with a different hotel」

「I was provided a free room upgrade through Expedia which I did not receive. Instead they told me they would provide me with a free breakfast instead. Only to find out later the free breakfast was already included with every room anyway. Careful of the resteraunt get prices up front or get a huge surprise!」

「Very good service and the staff are so kind and welcoming , they also gave us tips and tourist attractions me and my family should visit . We enjoyed our stay no complains at all . The breakfast was amazing as well !! The room service as well was top notch」
