「The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hairs on the bed and there was red, dried blood in the bathroom. I noticed a long, brown, what looked to be partially cleaned blood dripping down the wall near the toilet paper holder. I followed it down the wall and then noticed an UNCLEANED blood streak down the wall further down near the floor. There was also droplets of the blood on the floor, and there seemed to be blood staining on the shower curtain and one of the towels. Very disappointed...

「Great rooms! They were clean and fully stocked with kitchen essentials if you wanted to stay in. Great location with multiple bars and restaurants around. The staff was friend and made great biscuits and gravy! Would definitely use this as my future hotel when I return here.」

「The pool was closed, but it is not stated on the website. They have their indoor pool as seasonal. When we went to look at it, it was like a scummy pond at the end of summer. The hotel smelled everywhere. You could tell people were smoking in their rooms and the hotel tried to cover up that smell and dirtiness smells with a horrendous air freshener that seeped into everything. 「Front desk lady ( Mexican,Latino, Spanish) was very rude!!! Property is dirty and unkempt. Room was run down, floors and carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet paper was cheap, had to use a whole roll in one day and when you asked for more toilet paper, staff act like they didn’t want to give you any. Pool conditions were terrible as well, hot tub looked like it was used as a toilet. During checkout, same front desk lady was rude and displayed terrible customer service. 」
