Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. 「Very dirty, smelly and old. Got to the room and it was the same if not worse. Stained sheets, reaked of cigarettes and a constant police presence. This was a last ditch effort to get some sleep after price gouging for CSU graduation weekend. Poor business practices to raise your rates to almost triple. I wouldn't pay $40 to sleep here. Avoid this place and ignore the positive cleanly reviews, there is no way they are real.」
