「This is a gem of a hotel. Great proximity to bars and restaurants. Very kind desk staff. The room was beautiful and we walked into bird sounds when we opened the door. But the best part is the bar/lounge on the ground floor of the hotel. Absolutely stunning and very cool.」

「Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.」

「We were very impressed with the accommodations. Super location, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed (a huge plus since we flew in and were limited with what we could bring). A bonus, we loved the way it was decorated and LOVED the super soft snuggly blankets.」

「The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco.」

「the "bedrooms" were not bedrooms. there was not 1 actual bedroom. there are 3 really small rooms with no closet or room for anything. this is a converted office of some kind. rooms were super small, ceilings were very low, and location was about as bad as you could imagine in fort collins. i don't recommend this place in any way to anyone. 」
