「We stayed here for our wedding night. The room was beautiful! We loved the art deco style of the bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Would highly recommend if you want something luxurious and comfortable!」

「No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.」

「Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend! 」

「Spacious room, excellent location and super helpful staff」
