「Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend.」

「We were upgraded to the Cuckoo suite which was lovely overlooking the lit gardens. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Close breakfast menu was also very good with lots of choice, we had Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine which were very nice.」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」

The best part about our stay was the breakfast! Honey yoghurt with granola and fruit, full English or smashed avocado, was beautiful and set us upfor the day ❤️」

「First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and...
