「The staff were excellent at the work. One day I got violently ill and a security guard was so empathetic and acted quickly to ensure i could get into the unit. The restaurant staff were awesome and the property manager for my unit was very accommodating . I also appreciated the consistency with the room cleaning and the beautifully kept property. 「The old concept of offering genuine “service with a smile” is a rare thing these days but is alive and well in the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra. From first contact, the standard of customer service was exceptional. A 2-hour flight delay late made us worry that the free hotel transport would be long gone but as we exited Accra’s brand spanking new Terminal 3, it was great to see our name on a board held by the Regency’s friendly and approachable driver.
