"The hotel was marketed as a 5-star property, but it didn’t quite live up to that standard. The restaurants and buffet were pretty underwhelming, and the hotel overall felt a bit dated. The pool area was decent, but the staff there were noticeably rude, which hurt the experience. That said, there were some positives. The front desk staff were friendly, the housekeeping team did a great job, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The room itself was well laid out and comfortable, and the bed was great for our 8-night stay. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable hotel, but it doesn’t feel like a true 5-star experience."

"Nice balcony, nice rooms, great view. Kitchen great. Bathroom and shower were great and we always had warm water. No lobby or anybody you can talk to. Music is extremely loud until early morning. The problem is the bass and the rhythm of the music. So the earplugs they provided were not useful. Music was only really once loud enough for us to hear in the apartment. Luckily it was salsa. Parking best at “casco $5 parking lot” about 10 minutes walking. It costs half of what the. Parking garage near by costs. . "
