「Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen...

「Bar and staff were phenomenal, rooms can use an upgrade but definitely not horrible. It’s just hard to track what activities and restaurants are open since we get a paper print out of the info and mine went swimming day one. I’ll definitely be back!」

「I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.」

「Very clean grounds, very clean suite (thank you, Katia!). Staff are lovely. Lots of repeat guests. Very quiet rooms. To be honest when we first got there we were not sure it was for us, it’s a little older and the restaurant food isn’t special. But the place grows on you and is very quaint. If they could level-up the food, we’d return in a second. I also loved the yoga class by Lizzie on Tuesday morning. So nice. May be back next year. 」

「The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. We loved being right next to the pool which was very clean and warm for a nice night time swim. The staff were so wonderful, especially the woman at the coffee bar in the lobby and Lovely at Pelago. 「Loved this property! Was beautiful property. We had mazing suite for 4 people. Everything was amazing! Food was amazing at the restaurants. Amenities fun all around the property. Expensive but everything is expensive on the island.」

「The space, the pool, the amenities are all amazing; however, there is an insect issue. I am waiting to see if it is in fact bedbugs but definitely something is there on the couch and in the hammock. The couch appeared dingy and I was reluctant to watch tv on it; however, I thought it would be fine based on the reviews; however, I have bites, yes 3 in a row, on my legs, shoulders, and chest in spite of wearing long sleeves. I felt itchy but I blew it off as the fabric, do not blow it off. ...

「Our room was in the new tower, building 4. It was a junior suite, very large, overlooking the beach. Very nice. The only drawback to the resort was a lack of dinner restaurants and the lack of sports for teens. I recommend putting up a volleyball net on the beach and coordinating activities for kids」
